We know the business/staffing relationship can be challenging. In part, that's because little has changed over time. Systems are ingrained in the ol' tug-and-pull method where staffing companies seek out employers and employers take what comes, hoping the top producers will level up - often intending to eliminate those that don't. That is a pretty tenuous level of trust.
It's also inefficient. And expensive - eroding time and resources we would rather see invested in workforce development and profitability. The Good Job Company aims to correct this imbalance by exposing capabilities and creating a foundation upon which mutual success is achievable. Afterall, we know that when it comes to pairing good people with good jobs, compatibility is essential.
So how does The Good Job Company affect better retention of people and partnerships? We lead with impartiality. And research. We dig deep to uncover experience and integrity as opposed to pitch and close. Having built winning partnerships and seeing others fail, our 20+ years of learning have brought us to the decision to pave a better way. We hang our hats on the best successes we've seen. Partnerships that not only embrace strengths but also fill in the gaps.
Ultimately, we want to put an end to passive fulfillment. What we really strive to deliver is a staffing partnership capable of proactivity, meaningful exchanges, and a concrete commitment to optimizing the output of product and people. Daryan Wilkinson
CEO & Chair
Like many, Daryan came to staffing by chance. But his story is different. From his car, on the street, in the clubs, and everywhere else, he helped friends acquire skills and connect with jobs - purely for the joy of helping others. When he realized his work was a business, Daryan grew a namesake firm, sold it to The Good Job Company, and integrated a third LLC - creating a service conglomerate born of talent and drive. Daryan now calls the industry home as a member of our executive team.
Katie Perez
SVP Operations & Secretary
Holding executive positions at international staffing firms such as United Service Workers, Concord Enterprises, and MasterCorp, Katie has also consulted for major corporations like Smart Business Support LLC and Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Katie is a foot-on-the-gas leader who focuses on capability first, implementing best-in-class solutions with unending drive.
Carol Hian
CFO & Treasurer
Carol has led teams for
some of the world's most established staffing companies including TrueBlue, Adecco, and MasterCorp. Carol has also worked with employers in hospitality, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and healthcare. She is driven by true business partnerships where each party invests in the success of the other - settling for nothing less.
Charlie Markzewski
Sr. Project Manager
Charlie has more than 20 years experience in labor management. He is skilled at building talented teams, controlling labor costs, overseeing high volume headcount in static and mobile arenas where many disciplines are deployed across multiple worksites. He is highly customer centric while making sure to surprise and delight all stakeholders – creating a system of rewards for hard work and dedication.
