What We Do
The Good Job Company is a brokerage firm and service conglomerate that pairs suppliers (staffing companies) with businesses in need of professional, skilled, semi-skilled, and entry-level talent. We do this through a vetted network of fulfillment partners who, themselves, are ready to work.
Not every staffing company is suitable for every business, and vice versa. For that reason, we upend the traditional sales relationship by pre-qualifying potential partners for need, reputation, capacity, performance history, and the viability of meeting each other's goals - immediate and long term.
This is not something we take lightly. Our vetting process starts with a cursory discovery meeting to determine each partner's abilities. We use historical data including fulfillment ratios, financial soundness, aggressiveness of the sourcing process, support/re-supply capabilities, placement satisfaction, retention of relationships and workers, and overall fit.
Our process is thorough and responsive. And because we do the work upfront, the time to launch usually takes less than 72 hours - culminating in a handoff meeting with both parties at which time we turn over the reins and you begin putting people to work.
We follow with Quality Assurance check-ups and intermediary assistance in addressing implementation issues. While we encourage all partners to develop a working relationship independent of The Good Job Company, there are inevitable bumps in any new project and we want to get everyone off on the right foot. After all, groundwork is key and that is our role.
Business Partners
Good Job business partners are ready to hire and seek an established staffing firm to meet their needs in a no-hassle way. Employers choose us because they want to fill positions quickly, with accuracy, and at a fair price.
Business partners are primed to mobilize, have specific needs, use market-based pay rates, and show a commitment to their staffing partner(s) as co-equals.
Once The Good Job Company presents staffing firms for consideration, we will schedule a review within 24-hours. We will coordinate an interview with those agencies you are interested in and host a handoff meeting when a final selection is made.
Business partners must be able to communicate with frequency, allow on-site visits, treat contingent workers as their own, and engage staffing partners in employee recognition events.
Staffing Partners
Good Job staffing partners are able to source, recruit, onboard, and retain workers at business sites locally and - potentially - across the country. We select staffing companies of all sizes and specializations using historical, performance-based reviews. Our independent process removes bias and increases the likelihood of success for all parties.
Once a business partner identifies an employment assignment, The Good Job Company will make the opportunity available only to qualified staffing partners - those who have a proven track record with the employer's job titles, worksite environment, and industry.
Staffing partners must be able to perform quality assurance visits, deploy broad-based sourcing/recruiting tools, have a robust database of candidates, pay Associates on time, and commit to a customer-centric philosophy.
